Printable coupons

So I had the best intentions on adding information daily to this blog but a rough week has put this on the back burner but I am back :-)  today I went to Walmart and got $90 worth of stuff for $10.  Alot of the coupons I used were ones I printed from my sites I use regularly, coupons.com, bettycrocker.com, redplum.com, kelloggs.com and smartsource.com.  Each site you can print 2 coupons per computer.  I have multiple computers set up in my house so for each computer I have I can print 2 coupons for each one I want.  Another thing to try on those sites (the ones that allow you to change zip codes) is to try different zip codes a couple I use regularly are 90210 & 77477.  You can try any zip code and you may find different coupons available.  Its always worth a try.  Something very very important about printable coupons is never ever photocopy them after you have printed them.  #1 it is illegal to do that and what could happen is the coupon printing sites will shut off your ability to print.  So please never photocopy  a print off coupon.  If you give coupons to people be sure they are aware of this rule and will not do this to coupons you are giving to them and never send them to people you do not know (if you sell them or are in a coupon exchange).

Couponing

People ask me all the time where I find all my coupons.  Originally I sent my husband off to buy 10 papers a week when I realized there were going to be good coupons in the paper.  I since have changed that.  I now get 1 paper and when I see what is in the paper for coupons I will purchase coupons from a coupon clipping service I use regularly.  thecouponclippers.com coupon clipping service is the best I have found, reasonable prices and fast shipping.   I also purchase coupons from ebay. Purchasing coupons on ebay can be tricky because if you are buying them to use on a sale you have to hope they come in time that is why on the days the sales flyers come out online I scan the stores I shop at and see if there are anything on sale that would be worth me to purchase coupons for.  I then go check The Coupon Clippers and ebay to see what I can find.  I NEVER pay too much for coupons that would defeat the purpose of trying to save money.  My next blog I will touch on printing coupons from websites.
